Scott graduated from Washington State University with a degree in Kinesiology. He furthered his knowledge by attaining a Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). His specialty involves functional movement; the workouts are built around the individuals sport, activity, and/or daily lifestyle. With a physical therapy background, his workouts are designed to optimize strength, flexibility, stability, balance/proprioception, power, speed, and proper dynamic warm up.
Scott was born and raised in Kirkland, Washington and attended Lake Washington High School where he was very involved with sports. This included eight years of Crossfire soccer, four years of varsity soccer with a Kingco Championship in 2003, and two years of varsity football with a Kingco Championship in 2004.
Scott has worked with clients aging from 9 to 88 years of age, each having their own custom workouts and programs. Being able to give people that “spark” and motivation that many people lack, is his primary focus. If the mind believes that it can do something, the body will find a way to do it! When your training with Scott, every second is focused on you and you alone.
Whether the person’s goal is weight loss, body transformation, rehab from injury, increasing strength, or becoming a more elite athlete, Scott will help them succeed in reaching those goals.
