Sports Training BellevueSport Performance training is tailored to the individuals activity and functional goal as an athlete. The exercises will be developed to emulate the athletes sport, position, and/or role during activity. Workout environment will be designed to create a positive but challenging atmosphere. Athletes wanting to improve on agility, speed, explosiveness, power, strength, coordination, balance, stability, injury prevention, and/or any combination will find that Dynamix offers the correct tools and routines to reach these goals. Sessions can be composed of private (one on one training) or in a group setting. Your goals will be met and exceeded here at Dynamix!



After competing at the highest level of collegiate sports for 4 years, I had a very good idea of what it takes to prepare the body for competition. Having Scott as a personal trainer for over a year, the workouts were more in depth and comprehensive than any workout I was a part of in college. He always had a new workout, and kept my body guessing so it was always getting bigger, stronger, and faster. I wish I would have been training with Scott at Dynamix Fitness throughout my college years!
